- Summer (Verano): $450/day
- Holiday Bridges (Puentes): $450/day
- Holy Week & Easter Week: $600/day (1 week minimum)
- Christmas & New Year's Eve: $700/day (1 week minimum)
- Cleaning Fee: $180 (cash, collected at checkout)
